Why Choose Smart Move Home Inspections?
Our company was founded on the principles of serving the community with trust, integrity, and professionalism.
Our pledge is to provide the most thorough inspection possible and to educate you about the real estate being considered. Whether your buying your first home or your an experienced investor, Smart Move Home Inspections can help guide you through this exciting process. Please check out our customer reviews from Google and Kudzu 2011-2016 (PDF).
Smart Move Home Inspections goes above and beyond the standard home inspection by utilizing a FLIR Infrared camera on every home inspection at no additional cost. Infrared thermography provides you with a much deeper analysis of a building and its different components that the naked eye cannot see. Applications for IR include: Water intrusion including roof leaks, plumbing leaks, insulation deficiencies, and electrical over heating.
Upon completion of the home inspection a comprehensive and detailed report will be emailed within 12-24 hours. This report includes many digital photographs to illustrate precisely any deficiencies. During the review process, differentiation is established between maintenance items and any major concerns such as structural problems, safety issues etc. As a firefighter and home inspector, I want your new home to be safe and sound just as if I'm living there.
