Smart Move Home Inspections goes above and beyond the standard home inspection by utilizing a FLIR Infrared camera on every home inspection at no additional cost.  Infrared thermography provides you with a much deeper analysis of a building and its different components that the naked eye cannot see.  Applications for IR include: Water intrusion - including roof leaks, plumbing leaks, insulation deficiencies, and electrical over heating.
