IR is great because it provides you with an even deeper analysis of the building and its different components that the naked eye cannot.  Applications for IR include:Water intrusion, moisture problems, heat loss, air infiltration/exfiltration, missing or damaged insulation and electrical overheating.  These all produce different heat signatures that can be identified by infrared thermography.

Upon completion of the home inspection a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the home will be emailed asap.  This report includes many digital photographs to illustrate precisely any deficiencies.
